Muswell Health is a multidisciplinary Complementary Therapy Centre in central Muswell Hill. Situated 30 seconds from Sainsbury’s at; 71a Athenaeum Place, N10 3HL

Opened in May 2016, Muswell Health was started by local residents, Augusta Hull and Tom Hoyland, Complementary therapists of 21 and 18 years respectively.

Combining their experience as Therapists, Augusta and Tom have created a calm, peaceful and nurturing space for clients to enjoy the benefits of complementary therapies, including Massage, Osteopathy, Acupuncture, Homeopathy, Reflexology and more.

Muswell Health is on the first floor and is accessed by steps.

What do singing and running have in common?

Well, Lisette Oropesa, a very talented and successful 34 year old operatic soprano singer, whose 2 great passions in life are singing and running, and who is singing at the Royal Opera House this November, said on Radio 4’s Front Row review programme: “To sing well and to run well you have to have exactly the same things – you have to have great physical alignment. You have to programme your breath and be aware of your entire body all the time. I think the one helps the other and my life has been improved because of the partnership”

DEEP TISSUE MASSAGE
Ease your cold and achy muscles with a deep tissue massage.
At this time of year most of us start to feel a few more aches and pains in our bodies. The cold is starting to have an affect. We are less active and spend more time indoors.
Cold weather results in less blood supply to the extremities in order to preserve body heat in the core of the torso and head. This reduction in blood flow could be one reason for us feeling more achy.
