The Alexander Technique Muswell Hill (AT) is a very gentle, non-invasive hands-on practice that teaches you to be more aware of how you move in everything you do, so that you can understand where you have unnecessary tension, learn how to reduce it and subsequently reduce your pain and stress.
As adults, we all hold more tension than we need, whether it’s due to injury, illness, disability or stress, and this results in moving or doing things inefficiently and with more stress than we need which can result in unnecessary fatigue and long term skeletal and/or postural damage.
