I am a woman in her early forties with two young children. I have found sessions with Tom to be very beneficial and have been attending sporadically for the last 8 years. The massage is a moment in the day where I can relax and take time out from a busy schedule to listen and engage with my body. Tom has a lot of experience which comes through in every session. I really appreciate his expertise, empathy and energy.

I have been having massage with Gus for a long time now. She's fantastic. Recently I have started getting manual lymphatic drainage and I have noticed a difference in how my limbs feel, before they felt heavy and sore. I noticed reduction in swelling/fluid retention in my legs, the next day my uniform trousers felt looser. The treatment is different to a massage, lighter touch but still very relaxing

I enjoyed the massage as it addressed the areas of discomfort and it covered almost the whole body. The pressure was fine, I was asked relevant questions, so all in all, a very pleasant experience. Thank you.

I have been to Claire for several acupuncture sessions for a nasty skin condition which developed following immunotherapy. Claire explains everything clearly and is very nice and reassuring. I am very pleased with the treatment and my skin has definitely improved.

Gus is a truly wonderful massage therapist. She is totally client centred and adjusts her massage to concentrate on the areas requiring extra attention. And she often does this before the client realises that these areas require attention! I always leave her sessions feeling relaxed yet energised, and in balance.

Had pain in knee which has much improved by message. Gus combines a variety of techniques including elements of Thai massage to great effect.

The massage by Tom was excellent and very relaxing. Felt de-stressed afterwards and already taller, due to better posture. He also was kind enough to explain a few things, as well as answer all my questions. He is very calm and a lovely person. Would highly recommend!

I had my first treatment with Tom Hoyland the first Tuesday of January 25. I found him an experienced, caring, thorough and holistic therapist. His reflexology treatment helped me to deeply relax, which was the main objective for me. Unexpectedly, it also helped me to reconnect with a meditative/let-go state I had been having difficulty accessing for a long time. Even more so, it released a flush of tension and bottled up emotions after the treatment. I booked my next appointment straight away and I am looking forward to seeing him next week!

The session started with a detailed brief of what could be expected during the treatment. From the initial prep to the last part of the session the practitioner was extremely informative and ensured that I understood what was happening. Patient care is obviously top of the list at this practice and other business could learn a lot from the practitioner (Tom Hoyland) about how to create a great customer experience. Felt fantastic and relaxed after the treatment.

I saw Tom for myofascial release, he takes the time to get you into the right headspace, to understand how you're feeling and what to focus on, and everything is very well explained and considerate.

Good service from a friendly and experienced therapist

I had booked this deep tissue massage as a first step back from 18 months of long covid joint pains (hips/knees/shins/ankles/feet/lower back/hands) as well as hopefully being of some help for my long term knee problems (over 35 years osteoarthritis) but I received so much more. I believe Tom to be, not just an experienced masseur thoroughly grounded in the techniques, but a compassionate healer. I feel I received help on many levels within my Body/Mind. Immediately I felt massively more at ease.

Exceptional customer service from Jakki since the day I booked my appointment, she has been really helpful! When I arrived at the venue both Jakki and Tom welcomed me. Tom and I sat down for a quick one to one where I explained him my back issues and he gave really experienced advices and showed me how to exercise in the morning. The massage has been absolutely perfect, Tom went from a low pressure to higher one an he always made me feel comfortable. I will be back - highly recommend!

I had a really great Swedish massage courtesy of Tom, who is extremely welcoming and puts you at ease instantly. Having the choice of which oils to use (or not) helps you to fit the mood you're in on the day. I loved the warm towels, which really help you to relax. Highly recommended.
