Homeopathy Muswell Hill

Homeopathy Muswell Hill

Homeopathy Muswell Hill; Gentle, effective and holistic. A healing system, established 200 years ago, and used world-wide, it is a highly relevant energetic medicine for the 21st century.

Homeopaths treat the whole person, not just an organ or a disease. A homeopath will ask you about your whole state: physical, emotional, mental and spiritual well-being to gain a full picture of who you are. This can take up to 1.5 hours for a first appointment, and from this information the homeopath will work out the best remedy for you at this time.

Homeopathy is based on the ancient medical principle that ‘like cures like’,(Hippocrates 400BC). A remedy is selected that matches the symptoms and state the person is experiencing and the remedy stimulates a self- healing response to repair and regenerate.

People visit a Homeopath to treat many types of symptoms. Conditions commonly treated by homeopathy include recurrent infections, skin, digestive and respiratory conditions, menstrual and menopausal problems, chronic fatigue, migraine and stress related symptoms such as anxiety and insomnia.

Homeopathy can be used during pregnancy, through labour and post-natal. Some people come for a few visits, others on a regular basis to improve their general health and wellbeing. The length of the treatment varies and an indication of how long it will take can be given after the first appointment.

Homeopathic remedies are made from natural substances: mainly plant, mineral and animal sources; they are highly dilute, safe and non-toxic. Remedies can be used from birth to old-age, during pregnancy, breastfeeding and alongside conventional treatment. They are made and tested ethically.

Homeopathy is offered by Louise Salmon. Louise is a member of The Society of Homeopaths, the UK’s largest group of registered professional homeopaths.
